Never before have I received a gift in one of these bags. But baby-to-be got her very first one yesterday. I have every intention of spoiling this little baby-to-be rotten, but I have one amazing friend who has bestowed upon our still unborn her very first box from Tiffany & Co. There is the good angel on one shoulder telling me it feels silly to splurge like this when there are starving children in the world, but as CNN has been saying, there is some serious “frugal fatigue” going on on in the world and an heirloom like this just feels so good sitting in the palm of my hand. I love it and it’s gorgeous styling. And it’s givers are so well represented in the high style. I just love it. And it isn’t for me after all, it is for the baby.
